The Bulgarian Association of Licensed Investment Firms (BALIF) and the Bulgarian Association of Asset Management Companies (BAAMC) organize a Saturdays-Sundays training courses for candidates wishing to take exams before the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) for the legal capacity of certificated brokers and investment advisers.

The training will be held remotely and in person at a location to be additionally announced, starting on Saturday, March 8, 2025, and ending on May 10, 2025, Saturday. A mock exam is also optional, outside the format of the course, at an additional cost, to be held on May 11, 2025, Sunday, and additional classes (exercises), as well as consultations can be conducted.

Course 2025 for brokers and investment consultants of BALIF and BAAMC will be held provided that 16 or more students are recruited.

One of the main goals is for future brokers and investment advisers to be not only theoretically but also practically prepared for all aspects of their work, so that with their competence and skills to adequately meet market requirements, as well as with their professionalism to support the difficult task. of restoring and keeping investor confidence in the capital market.

There is already a tradition for the students of BALIP and BAUD to perform very well at the exams before the FSC, at a very high success rate.

Candidates who have successfully passed the broker exam before the examination commission appointed by the FSC could be provided with an option to enroll in practical training for working with Xetra ©, RTS and the trading rules, organized by the Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD (BSE). The candidates who have achieved highest scores at the exams may be awarded by the BSE.

The registration will be done against a signed contract and a fee paid by bank transfer, as detailed information about the bank accounts can be found on the websites of the two associations: http://balip.com and http://baud.bg.

– Petar Radkov – Head of Risk Assessment and Analysis Department of the Bank Deposit Guarantee Fund (FGVB).
